Common name for an artisanal mezcal facility in Oaxaca. Tucho’s palenque is conveniently located nearby a natural spring, overlooking a pretty mountain range.

Another endemic variety of agave from Oaxaca. Sparsely distributed. Mostly found in the wild. 

Yields ~ 1L of mezcal per 30 kgs of Agave, ~ 10 to 14 years life cycle / maturity.
